A chiropractor is a doctor of chiropractic (DC) and has an doctorate university degree, same as a doctor (MD, Medical Doctor), a dentist (DMD, Doctor of Dental Surgery), or a veterinarian (DMV, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)

A chiropractic doctor has the right to diagnose musculoskeletal disorders, make manipulations and treatments and recommend exercises and changes to adopt in lifestyle and postures.

A chiropractic doctor also has the training to take and analyze the results of X-rays or any other tests necessary for your condition.
