Hunger has become a reflex:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-7647\" src=\"https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink3-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink3-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink3-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink3-235x235.jpg 235w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink3.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Because it is time to eat,<\/li>\n<li>To ease stress,<\/li>\n<li>To eliminate his anxieties,<\/li>\n<li>To escape our worries &#8211; even if it does not last long.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #6e6e6e;\">This has catastrophic consequences\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Overweight.<\/li>\n<li>Increase in the number of type 2 diabetes. We can survive 40 days without eating, but only 4 days without drinking.<br \/>\nThe desire to eat is felt much more often than the desire to drink, isn&#8217;t it?<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">What to do?<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Drink a large glass of water before each meal.<\/li>\n<li>Whenever you feel hungry at an inappropriate time (eg outside of meals), drink some water.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #6e6e6e;\">You will do your body a world of good.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Researchers in the UK have recruited obese subjects. All received advice on nutrition and physical activity. <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink4-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-7656\" srcset=\"https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink4-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink4-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink4-235x235.jpg 235w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink4.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/>Then they were divided into two groups. Subjects in the first group were instructed to drink 500 mL of water 30 minutes before each meal (morning, noon and night). The other group did not take anything prior to meals. After 12 weeks, it was found that subjects who drank water lost (on average) 4.3 kg (1)! The subjects in the control group lost (on average) 0.8 kg &#8211; probably the effect of nutritional and fitness advice.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Drinking water, what happens next?<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #6e6e6e;\">Drinking water brings many benefits(2) :<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>You increase your physical capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>You improve your intellectual abilities (your brain decreases in size when you are dehydrated).<\/li>\n<li>You improve your cognitive abilities (sight, memory, etc.) &#8211; your eyes are particularly sensitive to dehydration.<\/li>\n<li>You preserve your skin.<\/li>\n<li>You reduce your risk of damaging your vocal cords.<\/li>\n<li>You improve your intestinal transit.<\/li>\n<li>You eat less &#8211; so you keep your weight under control.<\/li>\n<li>You evacuate the waste and pollutants accumulated in your body.<\/li>\n<li>You ensure optimal functionality of your kidneys and bladder.<\/li>\n<li>In case of infection, drinking helps to keep control of your fever.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-7659\" srcset=\"https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink5.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink5-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/notrechiro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Drink5-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe list of the benefits of water cis almost never ending &#8230; you get the idea.
